Business at The Court was not really much of an issue for us. When considering what type of Business at The Court would fit in with our skills we easily concluded that it had to be a solicitors practice – with a difference. One that is focused on the ordinary person. We intend to develop more services as needs are identified in order not only to enhance the business at the court but to benefit our friends and neighbours in Barry. The immediate future allows us to offer various areas.

Talk to Ruth Jones about your will. If you want to have your will in Welsh then she is the person to go to. Of course, if you prefer to have the will in English at least you are supporting a local business that is itself supportive of the Welsh language.

Just give us a call or drop us an email using our contact form. Whatever else you do, make sure you are in touch. You have decided to make a will so let’s get this done for you.

This is where a close relative or a partner has died and provision in the will or intestacy is unfair – it does not take account of your needs to the extent the estate of the deceased should have. There are reasons why you need to take steps quickly in such matters so give Dennis a call or send an email to him using our contact form.
If you have an issue that is even vaguely connected with a crime then talk to Dennis. There is no obligation to use him throughout your matter or at all. A no obligation chat is usually a possibility. If you really want to know what the position is with no false promises that are simply designed to persuade you to use us then give us a ring or send an email with our contact form.

These are specialist areas of work. Dennis is expert in such matters and able to assist you whether you are the defendant against whom proceedings are pending or if you are a third party dragged into the problem for some reason. Early involvement by Dennis is usually the best decision so telephone us or send us an email with our contact form now.

We can assist with many other areas of law but we do not carry out conveyancing or commercial matters. We may be able to discuss such matters with you and signpost you to a firm we consider will offer the correct service for you. We are in the process of converting one of the stone barns (they can be seen from Gladstone Road) into an office but we will be more than happy to deal with clients via Skype (or similar) and email.

There are very few providers (possibly no others within a reasonable distance) for wills in welsh. We can also be confident that you have to go a long way to find a criminal law practitioner with the skills and experience developed by Dennis. The Legal500 and Chambers Directory both endorse his skills and have done so for many years.

There can be no doubt that business at the court is worth using.
